Abstract

This paper advocates the implementation of an appeal filter to gain access to the Superior Court of Justice. Only special appeals that convey infraconstitutional issues of relevance and transcendence may be admitted. The Superior Court of Justice, as the Supreme Court responsible for the unity of the interpretation of the infraconstitutional law, must judge only important cases for the development of the legal order. It is necessary to harmonize the requirements required to assess federal infraconstitutional and constitutional issues, learning from the successes and failures of general repercussion.
