Abstract
- Magic size clusters have often been identified as intermediates in the formation of quantum dots from molecular precursors. Here, the authors report the syntheses of two families of chlorine- or zinc-doped indium phosphide magic size clusters and study their evolution from precursor to colloidal quantum dot.
