Abstract

Highlights AhR regulates remyelination following cuprizone-induced demyelination. Deletion of AhR in adult microglia restrains efficient remyelination. Microglial AhR deficiency causes myelin debris accumulation and impairs phagocytic function. Microglial AhR mediates phagocytosis of microglia via SYK.
