La gobernanza de la información en las organizaciones

Research: It is studied information behavior in organizations in the deployment of its activities. It is analyzed records of all types and formats, with general or granular treatments, through different applications, people and processes, embedded in a legal framework, with preservation needs, security guidelines, recovery and access, links with the context and mainly the fulfillment of the organization mission. Metodology: Analysis of this vast and complex network it is accomplished from perspective of knowledge organization, establishing information as a transversal axis in the institution where information objects are undergoing transformations and remixes in the activities in which they participate. Proposal: Information governance (IG) proposes the establishment of an IG policy and technical aspects for the entire organization. It aims to articulate the informational complexity and build a linked vision, traceable, liable to be studied in their journeys through the terminological marking and the contribution of semantics.
