Abstract: This paper aims to bring some brief reflections on the topics covered in Book I of the General Part in the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015, in each of the twelve articles related to the basic standards, highlighting its relevance to the application and the proper interpretation of new legislation. The intention is not to exhaust the subject, but just to open the debate to bring a few lines to improve the theoretical understanding and improving the judicial services.
