Abstract
- The paper proves the relevance of studying the pedagogical potential of the multiethnic educational environment, arisen in the conditions of innovative transformations of the educational system to solve the new national, cultural and economic tasks. The conclusions received during research are based on the analysis of scientific works on this perspective, and also on the results of the research conducted by the author. The paper provides the definition of multiethnic educational environment, description of its structure, detailed representation of all its components (subjects, psychodidactic component, social component, spatial and subject component). Beside the structural components of the environment, the principles of its construction, scientific approaches and their interrelation and construction stages are presented. The paper presents the research carried out in the territory of Belovo area, research during which the pedagogical potential of the multiethnic educational environment was analyzed. During analytical research two groups of the organizational and pedagogical conditions promoting use of pedagogical potential of the multiethnic educational environment were developed.
