- Abstract Garnet peridotite xenoliths have been rarely reported from suboceanic mantle. Petrographic and geochemical characteristics of garnet-bearing oceanic peridotite xenoliths provide precious information on dynamics of the suboceanic lithosphere and asthenosphere interaction.
