Design of intelligent charging management system for Li-ion battery miner's lamp

Abstract
- In view of problems that management of lead-acid battery miner's lamp controlled by labor is inefficient, lamp taking and returning need long time, charging status can not be monitored, and querying is not convenient, an intelligent charging management system for Li-ion battery miner's lamp based on STM32F107 was designed, and designs of hardware and software of intelligent charging interface were introduced. A dedicated Li-ion battery charging management chip BQ24272 with a wide range of DC input was used for intelligent charging interface to realize charging process management. Intelligent charging interface is adapted to charging racks of various types and achieves functions of lamp in position detection, charge control, charging information detection and update, fault alarm, real-time display and communication with PC.
