Abstract
- Intraosseous hemangiomas rarely occur in jaw bones. Clinically, mucosal and soft tissue lesions are easily diagnosed, but intrabony lesions are difficult to distinguish due to varying symptoms, ranging from tooth mobility to pulsatile bleeding. These lesions also exhibit marked variability in their radiological appearance. We present a rare case report of a 75-year-old male with cavernous hemangioma of the left mandible with vague clinical features but characteristic radiographic and histological features.
