A novel autophagy-related gene signature associated with prognosis and immune microenvironment in ovarian cancer

Abstract Ovarian cancer (OV), the most fatal gynecological malignance worldwide, has high recurrence rates and poor prognosis. Recently, emerging evidence supports that autophagy, a highly regulated multi-step self-digestive process, plays an essential role in OV progression.
