- Abstract Objective Cervical sagittal alignment changes (CSACs) influence outcomes and health-related quality-of-life. Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF), laminectomy with fusion (LCF), and laminoplasty (LP) are common treatments for multisegmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy; however, these approaches need to be compared.
