Abstract
- Abstract Background Early-onset schizophrenia (EOS) is a type of schizophrenia (SCZ) with an age of onset of 0.7. Conclusion Our results indicate that immune system function is altered in SCZ. In addition, CCL8, PSMD1, AVPR1B and SEMG1 may regulate peripheral immune cells in EOS. Further, immune characteristic genes and cells are expected to be diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of SCZ.
