Abstract
- Farm, which sells products to the yard, achieves the greatest gains per sales day and a minimum per-unit cost. However, the most profit per-unit of product achieves the holding that sells the potato on the stand at the town market and also has the highest per unit cost, but also the highest selling price. In terms of profit per kg, all the variations in sales are more competitive compared to version 6, as a standard. In terms of economy sales, variants 2, 4, and 5, have a worse competitiveness, while the variants 1 and 3 are better than the sixth variant. The largest economic effects realises the management of the farm that sells its products to the ultimate consumer.
