Abstract

This paper analyzes the judicial case management from the determination of stay of pending claims on the occasion of the trial of repetitive cases. To this end, it begins by highlighting the relevance of judicial case management in enhancing civil justice. It then explains the meaning of repetitive claims before going into the study of the stay of pending claims. After examining the topic, it observes that the stya of pending claims is a mechanism that, in the medium and long term, may be relevant both to the improvement of the jurisdictional performance, avoiding contradictory decisions, and ensuring speed, allowing, after fixing the thesis, the Judiciary can focus on non-repetitive cases.
