Abstract

This research is about to explore factors that impact employee turnover intention in the banking sector in Penang. A few factors anticipate influencing the employee's turnover intention. Questionnaires disseminated to respondents chose a sum of 150 bank employees from various banks. The outcomes indicate that there is a positive connection between all factors and employee's turnover intention. All variables have an impact on employee's turnover intention. This investigation will help the bank management recognize the potential factors that impact their staff to resign from the present place of employment and few recommendations for further research proposed toward the end of this research.
