THE INTEGRATION CONCEPT OF FORMING THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC SYSTEMS INTELLECTUAL AND INNOVATIVE TYPE IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is considered the intellectual innovation system of regions as a set of subsystems, which interrelated and localized in a particular area (formation, generation, development of knowledge and innovation diffusion). Also it is considered the regional governance and institutions that lead to activation of the innovation process for providing continuous repetitive processes of creation, accumulation and development of intellectual potential. The advantages of regional innovation processes compared to national. The introducing new form of regional space development the productive forces and regional economy - a form of interaction between organizational and economic development intellectual and regional innovation system and its subsystems is explained. The concept of resource integration and functional potential is developed. The main purpose of the proposed concept is to provide a high level of efficiency in the intellectual and regional innovation system and its subsystems through the using of intellectual capital. The basic principles, which proposed for using concept it is implementation of the formation, generation, knowledge development and diffusion of innovations. Also it is ensuring the effectiveness of intellectual innovation system regions under state integration select, which will enable the establishment of a knowledge economy.
