Abstract Tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells (TMSCs) showed therapeutic effects on acute and chronic murine colitis models, owing to their immunomodulatory properties; therefore, we evaluated enhanced therapeutic effects of TMSCs on a murine colitis model using three-dimensional (3D) culture method.
