Master–slave synchronization of a class of fractional-order Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy neural networks

Abstract In this paper, studies on the synchronization of fractional-order Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy neural networks are performed. By employing a linear matrix inequality and constructing a skillful Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee that the master system synchronizes the slave system. Finally, an example and its simulations are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the synchronization scheme.
