Bioethics of care and the rights of patients and relatives

A critical-reflective analysis, based on Bioethics and the patient/client's rights, taking autonomy, justice, no-maleficiency and charity as a reference. Thus, aspects regarding profesional and institutional responsibility are discussed. The professionals' ethical obligation towards ensuring humanised care without hazards/damage for patients and relatives is highlighted.
