Abstract

We propose a new method of producing neutrino pair beam that consists of a mixture of neutrinos and anti-neutrinos of all flavors. The idea is based on a coherent neutrino pair emission from excited ions in circular motion. High energy gamma ray much beyond the keV range may also be produced by a different choice of excited level.<br />Comment: 15 pages, 5 figures.Previous version v1 separated into two papers. This revision v2 is on neutrino pair and gamma production (essentially the same content as in the corresponding parts of v1), and the next paper soon to be updated contains extended and corrected results on neutrino oscillation experiments
