NEDENLERİ VE SONUÇLARI BAKIMINDAN GENÇLER ARASINDA YAYGINLAŞAN İŞSİZLİK

ÖZETGünümüzde sosyo-ekonomik sorunların en önemlileri arasında gösterilen işsizlik olgusu, giderek artan bir biçimde gençler arasında da yaygınlaşmaya başlamıştır. Nedenleri ve sonuçları bakımından yetişkin işsizliğine göre oldukça farklı unsurları bünyesinde barındıran genç işsizliği sorunu ile başa çıkabilmek ve genç bireyler üzerinde yarattığı tahribatı en aza indirgeyebilmek için, sorunu ortaya çıkaran nedenlerin ve bu sorunun meydana getirdiği sonuçların çok titiz bir şekilde tespit ve analiz edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, genel olarak genç işsizliğine neden olan faktörlerin ayrıntılı bir şekilde analizini gerçekleştirmek ve çalışma hayatına henüz yeni adım atma sürecinde bulunan gençlerin olası bir işsizlik durumu ile karşılaştıklarında maruz kaldıkları sorunları ekonomik, sosyal ve psikolojik bakımdan ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelemektir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Gençlik, Genç İşsizliği.ABSTRACTUnemployment which is referred to as one of the most important socio-economic problems of today has also been spreading among the youth. Youth unemployment encompasses more different aspects in relation to its causes and results than adult unemployment.Therefore, youth unemployment should be carefully handled by defining and analyzing the causes of the problem and its results to combat and reducethe damage created on the youth. The aim of this study is to put forward a detailed analysis of the factors that cause youth unemployment and examine the problems of the youth who are in the phase of entering the labor market by taking into consideration the economic, social and psychological aspects.Key Words: Youth, Youth Unemployment.
