ОСОБЛИВОСТІ МОНІТОРИНГУ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ДОСЯГНЕНЬ УЧНІВ З ТРУДОВОГО НАВЧАННЯ ТА ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ

The article reflects the essence and features of monitoring the educational achievements of students in institutions of general secondary education to solve the problem of preparing a future technology teacher. Changes in society require the high-quality training of specialists in the field of technology from higher education institutions, who are able to think outside the box, creatively, adapt to emerging situations and quickly switch from one activity to another, which will contribute to the best solution to the problems of the present. The preparation of a future technology teacher requires special attention, and identifying the inclinations for the pedagogical activity of students is the number one task of a technology teacher at school. The future teacher of labor education and technology must have personal and social competence, combining the interaction of his own personality with the personality of others: students, parents, colleagues, as well as interaction with the group and the team. The personal and social competence of a technology teacher includes personal, communicative and informational competences that allow for constant monitoring of students’ educational achievements, the child’s growth in their own development and the elimination of gaps in the development of the student’s own abilities and his educational achievements.
У статті висвітлено сутність та особливості моніторингу навчальних досягнень учнів у закладах загальної середньої освіти для розв’язання проблеми підготовки майбутнього вчителя технологій. Зміни в суспільстві вимагають від закладів вищої освіти якісної підготовки фахівців у сфері технологій, здатних мислити нестандартно, творчо, адаптуватися до виниклих ситуацій та швидко переключатися з однієї дії на іншу, що сприятиме найкращому виконанню завдань сьогодення. Підготовка майбутнього вчителя технологій потребує особливої уваги, а виявлення задатків до педагогічної діяльності учнів – це завдання номер один вчителя технологій у школі. Майбутній учитель трудового навчання та технологій повинен володіти особистісно-соціальною компетентністю, яка поєднує взаємодію власної особистості з особистістю інших: учнів, батьків, колег, а також взаємодія з групою і колективом. Особистісно-соціальна компетентність учителя технологій включає особистісну, комунікативну й інформаційну компетенції, які дають змогу здійснювати постійний моніторинг навчальних досягнень учнів, зростання дитини у власному розвитку та ліквідацію прогалини в розвитку власних здібностей учня і його навчальних здобутків.
