Abstract

In connection with the increasing demands for multicomponent wear, we alloys need new developments concerning the study of quality and complexes of physicochemical performance properties of structural materials. Modification of steel alloys by dispersed compositions is an effective way to influence the structure and properties of the crystallized metal.In this paper, the problem of modifying melts based on iron, aluminum and nickel with nanodispersed compositions based on titanium is considered. Carbides and carbonitrides of titanium TiC and Ti (C, N) are obtained in powder form with particle size up to 100 nm by the method of plasma-chemical synthesis. To effectively introduce the modifier into the melt, the composition was tabletted.The material of the study is the structural steel multicomponent nickel alloys used for the manufacture of gas turbine engine blades and also aluminum alloy. The macro and microstructure of alloys were studied by optical microscopy. In the modified samples, grain refinement and homogeneity of the structure are achieved, which proves the effectiveness of the modification.<br />Рассмотрено влияние легирующих элементов на структуру и свойства никелевых и алюминиевых сплавов. Исследовано влияние наномодифицирования на макроструктуру и прочностные свойства сплавов ЖСЗДК, АМг6 и 01570 и сталей 09Г2С и 10Г2.<br />Розглянуто вплив легуючих елементів на структуру та властивості нікелевих і алюмінієвих сплавів. Досліджено вплив наномодифікування на макроструктуру та міцносні властивості сплавів ЖСЗДК, АМг6 і 01570 та сталей 09Г2С и 10Г2.
