Treatment of a discolored, endodontically treated tooth with home bleaching and composite resin

Internal bleaching is frequently used to treat discolorations of endodontically treated teeth, and home bleaching of stained vital teeth has also become popular. This article describes a case in which carbamide peroxide home bleaching was used to enhance the appearance of an internally bleached, endodontically treated tooth.
