Abstract: We report a case of combined coronary artery by-pass grafting and orthotopic liver transplantation on cardiopulmonary bypass, in a 56-yr-old man with rapidly progressive ischaemic heart disease and end-stage liver disease. Three months after surgery he is asymptomatic with normal liver function.
