Abstract
- Holistic nutrition theory takes into account: Not only nutrition, but regulatory, sensory, landmark properties of food. Individual characteristics of people. Climatic, ethnic, social, occupational, religious, familial, aesthetic, ethical terms, and traditions; Conditions for use of new products including genetically modified. Food, as part of a biological culture, defining the correct behavior of man in the biosphere and noosphere.
