[The technology of processing carbonized Cirsium japonicum and quality standards of its prepared pieces]

Abstract: The technology of processing carbonized Cirsium japonicum was selected by using orthogonal experiment design. The result shows that the best way is to bake of 10 min at 220 degrees C. The contents of macro and trace elements in the prepared pieces significantly increased.
