Abstract

A 52-year-old patient was initially diagnosed as hypophosphatemic osteomalacia in the Department of Endocrinology due to knee, foot and lumbosacral pain. The symptoms were not significantly relieved after phosphorus and vitamin D supplementation. Later, the imaging examination showed an orbital tumor in the right eye. The tumor was surgically removed, and the symptoms of systemic bone pain were relieved.1例52岁患者初期因双膝、双足及腰骶疼痛,就诊于内分泌科诊断为低磷性骨软化症。给予补磷、补维生素D治疗,症状未见明显缓解。其后影像学检查发现右眼眶肿物,通过手术切除眼眶肿瘤,患者全身骨痛症状缓解。.
