Abstract

A 61-year-old female admitted with the diagnosis of both coronary ostial stenosisthe severe calcified aorta due to Takayasu's arteritis. She underwent coronary artery bypass grafting successfully, using the right internal thoracic artery to RCAthe left internal thoracic artery to LAD, without cardiopulmonary bypass. Coronary artery bypass grafting without cardiopulmonary bypass is one of the useful surgical technique for the patient with the severe calcified aorta due to Takayasu's arteritis.
