Abstract: Radioimmunotherapy (RIT) with 131-rituximab is a safe and effective treatment in patients with relapsed, refractory follicular lymphoma. The authors demonstrated the first case of 131-rituximab treatment in the patient with relapsed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in Thailand. There was no immediate complication after treatment. Impressive treatment response occurred.
