Pour une approche dialogique de la question du bien-être

Cette recherche montre comment l’approche dialogique pourrait être une voie pour que les acteurs de l’école, notamment les enfants et les professeurs, produisent du bien-être. Notre corpus comprend 80 entretiens d’enfants de 3 classes primaires avec lesquels nous avons adopté la méthodologie du martien interlocuteur projectif. Nous avons croisé ces entretiens avec ceux effectués avec leurs trois enseignantes. L’exercice narratif apparaît déjà un facteur de bien-être, l’expression constituant un premier niveau d’élucidation que compléteront ensuite la réflexion et l’échange sur la parole devenue objet. Il s’agit alors d’atteindre une co-construction entre les savoirs des enfants et ceux des enseignants sur leur évaluation de l’école. Non seulement les enfants se montrent capables d’auto-évaluation mais aussi de tenir un discours pertinent sur la forme scolaire et la didactique des disciplines qu’ils interrogent à travers leurs perceptions singulières. This research shows how the interaction approach could be a possible way for school participants, and especially children and teachers, to produce well-being. Our sample is made up of 80 interviews with children coming from 3 primary classes. We have decided to choose the method of the projective Martian speaker and have crossed these interviews with those led with their 3 respective teachers. The narrative exercise already appears as a well-being factor, and the expression is appearing as the first level of clarification which is then going to be completed by a moment of study and exchanges upon the voice which has become the object.The objective is thus to reach a co-construction between children’s knowledge and teachers’ as far as the school evaluation they have made is concerned. Not only do children appear as able of co-evaluation but they also are able to argue in a relevant way on school and the didactics of subjects, which they analyse through their own perceptions.
