808/1757 Osmanlı arşivi tasnif numaralı Bartın Şer'iyye Sicil Defterinin transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirmesi

Tez konusu olarak çalıştığımız Bartın Şer'iyye Siciline ait 808, Osmanlı Arşivi'nde (1757) tasnif numaralı defter; H. 10 Safer 1319-26 Zilhicce 1321 (M. 29 Mayıs 1901-14 Mart 1904) yıllarını kapsamakta olup hüccet, ilâm, tereke ve vakfiye kayıtlarından oluşmuştur. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde; Bartın'ın tarihinden, ikinci bölümünde; Osmanlı hukukunun genel yapısından, şer'iyye mahkemelerinden, şer'iyye mahkemeleri görevlilerinden, şer'iyye sicillerinden ve şer'iyye sicillerinin içerdiği belge türlerinden bahsettik. Üçüncü bölümde ise; 808 numaralı Bartın şer'iyye sicilinin transkripsiyon metni, sicilde yer alan belge ve dava türleri ile ilgili dava özetleri, ayrıca şer'iyye sicilinin değerlendirmesi yer almaktadır.
