Küreselleşen dünyada devletin ekonomideki yeri ve Türkiye

Bu çalışma, günümüz dünya ekonomisi içerisinde devletin konumu vegörevleri konusunda bir sonuca ulaşmak ve bu sonuç çerçevesinde hangi politikalarınuygulanması sureti ile devletlerin daha etkin bir konumda faaliyetlerinisürdürebileceklerine ışık tutmak amacındadır. Bu amaçtan hareketle, küreselekonominin temel özellikleri ve bu özelliklerin devletlere yansımaları, bu yansımalarçerçevesinde devletlerin temel ekonomik fonksiyonları ve son olarak Türk ekonomisiiçerisinde devlet kurumunun posizyonu incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma da ulaşılansonuç, günümüz ekonomisinde devlet kurumunun hala çok önemli görevleriolmasına rağmen, uygulanan politikalarda büyük değişiklikler olduğudur. Bununlaberaber, kendilerini günümüz şartlarına uyarlayan ve küresel ekonominin gereklerinikendi ulusal şartlarına ve amaçlarına uygun olarak yerine getiren devletlerin küreselekonominin en önemli aktörleri olamaya devam edecekleri sonucuna varılmıştır. Aim of this study is to search the position and the role of the states within theworld economy and therefore to explain the politics which are being proposed toapply by the states to operate more effectively. For this reason, main specialities ofthe global economy, effects of these specialities upon the states? politics, basiceconomic functions of the states and finally, position of the Turkish State in thefuture of Turkish Economy were investigated. According to result of this study;states still have very important duties within the global economy but their politicsare changing and will continue to change. But states will be one of the most impotantactors of global economy if they can change their structures in accordance with thenecessities of the global economy. 192
