Gylcine max bitkisinde senesens olayının geciktirilmesiyle bitkide meydana gelen morfolojik ve anatomik değişimlerin incelenmesi

ÖZETBu çalışmada Glycine max (soya fasulyesi) bitkisi kullanılarak senesens sırasındameydana gelen morfolojik ve anatomik değişimler incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla TrakyaÜniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi Biyoloji Bölümü botanik bahçesinde yetiştirilen bitkilerkullanılmıştır. Bitkiler deney ve kontrol grubu olarak ayrı parsellere ekilmiştir. Deney grububitkilerinin çiçekleri her gün koparılmış, kontrol grubu bitkilerine ise her hangi bir işlemuygulanmamıştır. Yaz süresince her iki grupta meydana gelen değişimler gözlenmiştir.Ayrıca her iki grup bitkide meydana gelen anatomik değişimler incelenmiştir. Elde edilenbulgular değerlendirilerek daha önce yapılmış çalışmalar ile karşılaştırılmıştır.Anahtar kelimeler: Glycine max, senesens, anatomi, morfoloji. ABSTRACTIn this study, morphological and anatomical changes of Glycine max (soy bean plant)which appeared during the senescence were investigated. In this respect, the plant specimenshave been produced at Biology Department of Faculty of the Science and Arts of TrakyaUniversity were used. The plants were divided into different experimental groups as the mainand control groups. The flowers of plants used for main experiments were collected everyday,whilst control group flowers were not. The changes occurring in the two experimental groupswere observed during the summer. Also, anatomical changes in the two groups of the plantswere investigated.The data obtained from the experiments were evaluated and compared to previousstudies.Keywords: Glycine max, senescence, morphology, anatomy. 55
