Pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan ortaöğretim öğretmen adaylarının meslek tercih nedenlerinin bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan ortaöğretim öğretmen adaylarının meslek tercih nedenlerinin bazı değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli esas alınmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde `Pedagojik Formasyon Eğitimi` alan; Tarih, Edebiyat, Psikoloji ve Felsefe bölümünden 309 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Bursal ve Buldur (2013) tarafından geliştirilen `Öğretmenlik Tercih Nedenleri Ölçeği (ÖTNÖ)` kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde; bağımsız örneklemler için t-testi, tek yönlü ANOVA ve MANOVA esas alınmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan ortaöğretim öğretmen adaylarının meslek tercihlerini isteyerek ve farkında olarak seçtikleri; bunun yanı sıra içsel, özgeci nedenler ve dışsal nedenlerin varlığı ile seçim yaptıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The purpose of this study is to analyse the Causes of Occupation Preference of Secondary School Teacher Candidates getting pedagogical formation education in terms of some variables. In the study, the scanning model of quantitative research methods is based on 309 teacher candidates from Departments of History, Literature, Psychology and Philosophy, getting Pedagogical Formation Education at the Education Faculty of Sivas Cumhuriyet University in the academic year of 2016-2017, constitute the sample of the study. `The Scale of Causes of Preference of Teachers (ÖTNÖ)` developed by Bursal and Buldur (2013) was used as data collection tool in the study. In the analysis of the data obtained in the study; one way ANOVA, t-test for independent samples, one-way ANOVA and MANOVA were used.As a result of the study, the result of that secondary school teacher candidates getting pedagogical formation education have chosen their occupational preferences intentionally and with awareness, as well as internal, altruistic causes and the existence of external causes, was reached. 79
