257 S U M M A R Y This research İs mainly devoted for the invest igat ion of the status and value of 'Ozan* and his work of art named as *0 z a n 1 a m a* in Turkish Fothk Musio broadcasts. This investigation is done by using comparison method. In literary and music art 'Ozan' is known as the poet, composer and performer not only before and after Moslem World hut also during the behavioral actions of Western. By the way the status of '0 z an' and his work is compered before and during the TRT broadcasts. The problems are tried to determine which are rised as a result of the exclusion of »Ozan* and his works frâan the TBI Turkish Polk Music broadcasts are handled. »0 z an* has 3 jobs of field as; poet, composer and performer that he introduces new ideas in his work of art in the field of literature and music. These ideas are compared as the ones that are used in the TRT Turkish Polk Music broadcasts. By scanning the publishings and broadcasts of TRT so many differences are found in definitions and concepts. The evaluation criterions are based on some administrative decisions those are compared with TRT Laws of Foundation and Principle of Broadcast. Besides broadcast is done about literary work of art and music of arts are compared with the Laws of Rights Over Intellectual Property. *0 z an* makes up a literature and music mode to ourselves which are named as »Alaturca and Turk! by foreign countries. Their broadcast is still having aloud journalism property. TRT is the only estemeed foundation who has the strength of communica tion. An estemeed of our Ozan is accepted by the world as to be Yunus Emre. The Purpose of this study is to document the scientific solutions to the problems between TRT and Ozan who introduce to us to the world as two great strenght. 305
