Transcription and evaluation of Ayintab Court Record number 67 (H. 1128-1129 / M. 1716-1717 p. 429-603)

Osmanlı tarihini aydınlatan en önemli arşiv kaynakları arasında yer alan Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı mahkemelere intikal eden tüm işlemlerin kaydedildiği defterler olup bu defterler Osmanlı şehir tarihi üzerinde çalışacak olan araştırmacılara başta hukuk olmak üzerere, idarî, içtimaî, iktisadî vb. alanlarda birçok kıymetli bilgi sunmaktadır.H. 1128-1129/M. 1716-1717 tarihleri arasını kapsayan 67 Numaralı Gaziantep Şer'iyye Sicili'nin 429 ile 603 numaralı sayfa aralığının trasnkiripsiyonu yapılmış, Rastlanan 310 adet belgenin özetleri çıkartılıp değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Bu defterde başta hüccet, i'lâm, olmak üzere fermân, berât, buyruldu gibi çeşitli belge türlerinin yanında birçok alanda çeşitli konular da yer almıştır.Araştırma kapsamında çalışılan Şer'iyye Sicili'nin barındırdığı zengin bilgi içeriğinden dolayı incelenecek olan dönem aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Court Records, which are among the most important archive sources that illuminate the Ottoman history, are the books in which all the proceedings submitted to the Ottoman courts are recorded. These books provide a lot of valuable information to the researchers who work on Ottoman city history, especially in the fields of law, administration, social, economic and other similar fields.Transcripts of pages 429 to 603 of Gaziantep Court Record No. 67 covering the period between H. 1128-1129 / M. 1716-1717 were transcribed. A total of 310 documents found were summarized and evaluated. In this book, in addition to various kinds of documents such as hujjat, writ and other kinds of documents such as enactment, certificate, exequatur, various subjects in many fields have also been covered.Due to the rich information content of the Court Record worked on within the scope of the research, the period to be examined was tried to be enlightened.
