Kırsal alanlarda düzenlenen yemek festivallerinin sosyal boyutunun algılanan toplumsal katkıya etkisi: Yeşilüzümlü Kuzugöbeği Mantar Festivali örneği

Türkiye'deki kırsal alanların fazlalığı kırsal turizmin gelişmesi açısından yüksekpotansiyele sahiptir. Kırsal turizm, kırsal arayışlarda olanlar için konaklama, rekreasyoneletkinlikler ve yerel kültürel mirası görme fırsatlarını sunmaktadır. Bir ülkenin, bölgenin veya biryerin potansiyelini arttırmak ve turistler tarafından talep edilmesini sağlamak iyi hazırlanmış vedüzenlenmiş turistik etkinliklere bağlıdır. Bunlardan biri de etkinlik turizminin kapsamına girenfestivallerdir. Festivaller; ziyaretçilerine, hiç bilmedikleri bir yöreyi görme, yaşam biçimi farklıolan insanlarla bir arada bulunma ve farklı bir kültürü öğrenme fırsatlarını vermektedir. Ayrıcabölge turizminin gelişmesine önemli ölçüde hizmet etmektedirler. Festivallerin devamlılığına vegelişimine katkıda bulunmak adına yürütülen bu araştırmanın amacı, kırsal alanlarda yapılanyemek festivallerinin yöreye olan sosyal etkisini belirlemektir. Katılımcılara yönelik verileranket formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Anket formu kolayda örnekleme tekniğine göre yüz yüzeuygulanmıştır. Anketler, araştırmacı tarafından 08-15 Nisan 2019 tarihinde Fethiye'ninYeşilüzümlü köyünde uygulanmıştır. Anket uygulaması sonunda kullanılabilir 331 anket eldeedilmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin analizinde frekans analizi, güvenilirlik analizi, faktör analizi,korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Yapılan faktör analizi sonuçlarınagöre festivalin yöreye etki eden sosyal faktörleri, sosyal fayda, sosyal maliyet, çevresel kısıtlarve festivale destek olarak, festivalin yerel halka etkisi faktörü ise toplumsal katkı olarakisimlendirilmiştir. Çoklu regresyon analizi sonucuna göre, sosyal fayda ve festivale destekfaktörlerinin toplumsal katkı faktörü üzerine olumlu etkisi vardır. Sosyal maliyet ve çevreselkısıtlar faktörlerinin toplumsal katkı faktörü üzerinde olumsuz etkisi vardır. The excess of rural areas in Turkey has a high potential for the development of ruraltourism. Rural tourism offers opportunities for rural seekers, accommodation, recreationalactivities and local cultural heritage. Increasing the potential of a country, region or place andmaking it demanded by tourists depends on well-prepared and organized tourist activities. Oneof them is festivals within the scope of event tourism. Festivals; gives visitors the opportunity tosee a region they never know, to meet people with different lifestyles and to learn a differentculture. In addition, they serve to the development of regional tourism significantly. The aim ofthis study is to determine the social impact of the food festivals in the rural areas in order tocontribute to the continuity and development of the festivals. Data for the participants werecollected through a questionnaire. Questionnaire form was applied face to face according toeasy sampling technique. In the present study, the questionnaires were conducted by theresearcher on 08-15 April 2019 in Yeşilüzümlü village of Fethiye. At the end of the survey, 331questionnaires were obtained. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used in the analysis of the data. According tothe results of the factor analysis, the factors affecting the region were named as social benefit,social cost, environmental constraints and support to the festival and the effect of the festival tothe local community was named as social contribution. According to the results of multipleregression analysis, the effects of the festival on the region affect the local people. Social benefitand support to the festival have a positive effect on the social contribution factor. Social cost andenvironmental constraints have a negative effect on the social contribution factor. 70
