Mikro konutlar üzerine bir irdeleme

Bu çalışma, değişen toplumsal ve çevresel koşullarla ortaya çıkan farklı bağlamlardaki barınma ihtiyaçları konusunda optimum çözüm önerisi sunan; bu sebeple dünyada artan bir ilgi ve eğilim ile tercih edilen mikro konutlar hakkında düzenli ve bilimsel bir veri sağlamak amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Mikro konutlar, ülkemizde de izlenen benzer koşul ve ihtiyaçlar için etkin ve sağduyulu bir çözüm potansiyeli barındırmaktadır. Bu bağlamda mikro konutların anlamı, avantajları, kullanım şekil ve amaçları ile öne çıkan özellikleri konularında araştırma ve incelemeler yapılarak örnek mikro konutlar irdelenmiştir.Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, konut kavramı ile toplumsal ve çevresel değişimler ile ortaya çıkan tarım, sanayi ve bilişim dönemi konut biçimlenişleri incelenmiştir. Mikro konutların, az yeterlidir yaşam felsefesinin mekansal karşılığı olması sebebi ile tipolojinin doğasını anlayabilmek için; bu felsefenin geçmişten günümüze farklı disiplinlerde ve mimaride estetik ve rasyonellikle bağdaştırılan örneklerine değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde mikro konut kavramı açıklanarak bu tipolojinin ortaya çıkmasını sağlayan demografik, çevresel, ekonomik ve felsefi faktörler incelenmiştir. Mikro konutların bağımsız, çoklu, hareketli olmak üzere üç farklı türü; sürekli, geçici ve sosyal olmak üzere üç farklı kullanım amacı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Farklı tür ve kullanım amaçları olmakla birlikte mikro konutların öne çıkan özellikleri tespit edilerek bu özellikler basitlik, sürdürülebilirlik, esneklik, hareketlilik ve teknoloji olarak gruplandırılmıştır. Oluşturulan ve gruplandırılan bu verilerin analizi için yirmi mikro konut örneği tespitler bağlamında irdelenerek sonuçlar ortaya konmuştur.Yapılan çalışma ile az, öz ve yeterli bir yaşam olanağı sunan, ölçekte mütevazı ama mimari tasarımda etkin mikro konutların sürdürülebilirlik, esneklik, hareketlilik ve teknoloji özellikleri ile birçok bağlamda, bilinçli bir tercihle yaşanabilir bir konut seçeneği oluşturduğu görülmektedir. The aim of this study is to provide well-ordered and scientific data about micro houses, which are preferred with increasing interest and tendency in the world because they provide an optimal solution for housing needs in different contexts arising from changing social and environmental conditions. Micro houses have the potential of an effective and foresighted solution to common conditions and needs observed in our country. Microhouse samples were examined in this context by making research and investigations about the meaning, advantages, usage and intended use of micro houses, along with their prominent features.In the first chapter of the study, the concept of a house and forms of houses through agricultural, industrial and information periods which are created by social and environmental changes were examined. Due to the fact that the micro housing is the spatial equivalent of the `smaller is better` life philosophy, to understand the nature of typology; examples of this philosophy from past to present, which are associated with aesthetics and rationality in different disciplines and architecture were addressed. In the second chapter of the study; the concept of micro-housing was explained, and demographic, environmental, economic and philosophical factors that caused the creation of this typology were investigated. It was determined that three types of micro houses are individual, multiple and mobile; and three ways of usage are permanent, temporary and social. Prominent characteristics of micro houses which have various types and usages, were determined and grouped as simplicity, sustainability, flexibility, mobility and technology. For the analysis of the formed and grouped data, twenty micro house samples were examined in the context of the findings, and the results were presented.Through this study, it is seen that micro houses which are modest in scale but efficient in architectural design provide a low, basic and sufficient life opportunity and create a conscious choice for habitable housing in many respects with their sustainability, flexibility, mobility and technology features. 181
