Konutla kurulan duygusal ilişkiler özdeşleyim ve bağlanma

Çalışma kapsamında, kullanıcının konutla kurulan duyusal ilişkiler, özdeşleyim ve bağlanma davranışları psiko-sosyal belirleyiciler dahilinde incelenmiştir.Giriş bölümünde sorunun belirlenmesi, çalışmanın amacı, araştırmanın alanı ve yapılan saha çalışması anlatılmaktadır.İkinci bölümde, konutun kökenleri, oluşumu ve biçimlenmesini etkileyen faktörler açıklanmaktadır. Konut ve insan ilişkileri, fenomenolojik, diyalektik ve transaksiyonel bağlamlarda incelenmiştir. Konuta bağlanma ve kendileme eylemlerine değinilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde kullanıcının psiko-sosyal ihtiyaçları Maslow'un ihtiyaçlar hiyerarşisi kapsamında irdelenmiş, yaşamsal değerlere değinilmiştir ve mekanın algılanma süreçleri üzerinde durulmuştur.Dördüncü bölümde İstanbul, Çengelköy'de bir toplu konut alanında yapılan konutla kurulan duygusal ilişkiler, özdeşleyim ve bağlanma boyutlarına açıklık getirilmesi için yapılan araştırmaya yer verilmiştir. The subject of the study is to examine, emotional relationships established between home and user, identification and attachment to the home environment with in the frame of psycho-social determinants.At introductory part; purpose, determination, area of the study and field work to reach the values of the identification and the attachment was described.At second chapter; concepts, origins, formation and the factors effecting to the housing was explained. Relationships between, home and user was examined by phenomenological, dialectical and transactional perspective of views. Also reasons and the way of attachment and identification of home environment were expressed.At chapter three psycho-social needs of the home environment user was examined within the Maslow?s hierarchy of needs and for to understand the relations between home space and social interactions of users? life values were mentioned. To dwell on Process of perception of space perception of space was also dwelled on at third chapter.Chapter four was focused on the field study made in a mass housing area at İstanbul, Çengelköy. The aim of the study was to understand the trends of identification and attachment towards home environment. 163
