QUALITY MANAGEMENT AT OPG ŠAMČANKA

Kvaliteta je pojam koji se svakodnevno koristi te je u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji od velike važnosti. Iz tog razloga nužno je ispitati kupce o navikama kupovine proizvoda te o aspektu kvalitete kao bitnom za kupnju pojedinog proizvoda. Poljoprivreda je djelatnost koja neprestano teži unaprjeđenju i poboljšanju te je iz te potrebe napravljen anketni upitnik. Na temelju rezultata utemeljeno je postoji li potreba za dodatnim oznakama kvalitete na proizvodima OPG-a Šamčanka te postoji li potreba tržišta za proširivanje djelatnosti u vidu dopunske djelatnosti prerade. Pokazalo se da je tržište zadovoljno ponudom proizvoda lokalnih OPG-ova, ali da je kvaliteta nužna za kupnju proizvoda. Isto tako, pokazalo se da je potreba za zimnicom lokalnih proizvođača velika te se planira uvođenje dopunske djelatnosti prerade voća i povrća u obliku zimnica.
Quality is nowadays a well-known term, especially in agricultural production. For this reason, it is necessary to examine customers about the habits of buying the product and the aspect of quality as important for the purchase of a particular product. Agriculture is an activity that is constantly striving for improvement, and a survey questionnaire was made for this purpose. Based on the results, it was established whether there is a need for additional quality labels on the products of the OPG Šamčanka and whether there is a need for the market to expand activities in the form of additional processing activities. It turned out that the market is satisfied with the offer of products of local family farms, but that quality is necessary for the purchase of products. Also, it turned out that the need for winter stores of local producers is great and it is planned to introduce an additional activity of processing fruits and vegetables in the form of winter crops.
