Equine granulocytic anaplasmosis

Granulocytic anaplasmosis is one of the leading vector-borne diseases in the world. This article presents a brief review of the scientific literature about Equine granulocytic anaplasmosis (EGA). Various points of view have been considered: general characteristics, clinical manifestation, laboratory diagnosis, therapy and prevention. Improving the knowledge of the EGA is an important step in dealing with this infection.
