Abstract

U okviru ovoga rada, opisan je sustav geometrijskih tolerancija, odnosno tolerancije oblika, položaja, orijentacije i netočnosti okretanja, te njihov koncept primjene prema GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) i GPS (Geometrical product specifications). Zatim su prikazani primjeri zona tolerancija za svako odstupanje sukladno ISO 1101: 2017, Geometrical product specifications (GPS) — Geometrical tolerancing Tolerances of form, orientation, location and run - out. In this paper, the system of geometric tolerances, ie tolerances of form, position, orientation and run - out, and their concept of application according to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and GPS (Geometrical product specifications) are described. Then are presented examples of tolerance zone for each deviation according to ISO 1101: 2017, Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) - Geometric tolerance Tolerance of form, orientation, location and run - out. The minimum and maximum material requirements are described according to ISO 2692: 2021, Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) - Geometric tolerance - Maximum material requirement (MMR), minimum material requirement (LMR) and reciprocity requirement (RPR). Finally, the basic differences in application between standards ISO 1101: 2017 and ASME Y14.5 - 2018 are listed.
