Abstract
- Zadatak ovog završnog rada je konstruirati dizalicu sa svrhom podizanja i spuštanja u more jedrilica do 1800 kilograma. Dizalica mora biti oblikovana tako da omogućava prihvat jedrilica s jarbolom i stabilizatorom te ih može prenijeti iz mora na prikolicu. Prihvat jedrilice se ostvaruje trakama, a dizalica je pričvršćena za betonsku podlogu. Kroz prvi dio rada provedena je analiza postojećih konstrukcijskih izvedbi dizalica za brodove i njihovih radnih principa te su predložena četiri koncepta. Provedena ja evaluacija koncepata te je odabrana optimalna varijanta s kojom se krenulo u daljnju razradu. U drugom dijelu rada proveden je analitički proračun svih kritičnih dijelova konstrukcije te je na posljetku izrađen 3D CAD model i odgovarajuća tehnička dokumentacija. 3D modeliranje i izrada tehničke dokumentacije napravljena je u programskom paketu SOLIDWORKS. The assignment of this final thesis is the design of crane with purpose of lifting sail boats up to 1800 kg from the sea and lowering them to the sea. The crane must be designed so it enables grabing of sail boats with mast and stabilizer and so it can transfer them to the trailer. The grabing of sail boat is achived with flat webbing slings and the crane is fastend to concrete base. Through the first part of the thesis, analysis of the existing solutions of cranes for boats and their operating principles is conducted. Also four concepts are proposed. After the evaluation of concepts was made, the optimal variant was chosen which is used in the further elaboration. In the second part of thesis, analytical calculation of all critical parts of construction was made and finally, 3D CAD model with corresponding technical documentation was made. 3D modeling and production of technical documentation was made in SOLIDWORKS software package.
