Abstract

Zadatak ovog završnog rada konstrukcija je podešavajuće rampe za utovar kamiona, nosivosti 1,5t. Riječ je o rampi koja je dio stacionarne utovarne stanice, najčešće visokofrekventnog skladišta, koja mora omogućiti efikasan i siguran pretovar dostavnih vozila različitih visina tovarnog prostora. Osim toga rampa mora ispuniti i zadatkom postavljene sigurnosne zahtjeve, tj. da u slučaju gubitka oslonca ili gubitka napajanja ili osigura punu nosivost ili se spusti u početni položaj. Kroz prvi dio rada provedena je analiza postojećih rješenja i radnih principa podešavajućih rampi, kako bi se definirala optimalna varijanta rampe za zadane projektne parametre. Nakon toga u drugom dijelu rada analizirani su odabrani pogonski sustavi rampe, s ciljem dobivanja odgovarajućih vrijednosti opterećenja s obzirom na dimenzije i ostala konstrukcijska ograničenja, te je na kraju proveden proračun svih kritičnih dijelova konstrukcije, uključujući numeričku analizu i analitički proračun te su u konačnici generirani CAD modeli sa pripadajućom tehničkom dokumentacijom u programskom paketu CATIA. The task of this thesis is to design an adjustable loading ramp with load capacity of 1500kg. The ramp is part of a stationary loading station, located in a highly frequent warehouse. It is designed to ensure a safe and efficient transport between warehouse and delivery vehicle lorries that have different loading height. In addition, the ramp must meet the safety requirements set by the task parameters, that is to either ensure full load capacity or to lower to its inital position when it comes to loss of support or loss of power in the warehouse. In the first part of this thesis, a detailed analysis of existing solutions and operating principles of adjustable loading ramp was carried out in order to define the optimal solution for given project parameters. In the second part of thesis an analysis of selected propulsion systems was made in order to obtain appropriate load values with respect to dimensions and other structural constraints. In the third part of thesis, the calculation of all critical parts of the structure were performed, including numerical analysis and analitical calculation. Finally , a CAD model with corresponding technical documentation was created using CATIA CAD software package.
