Abstract

Rezultati ankete pokazuju kako ispitanici zamjećuju diskriminaciju te smatraju kako je prisutna ne samo u poslovnim pregovorima već i u svakodnevnom životu.<br />This paper is about negotiation strategies used in salary negotiations with particular reference to the gender of the negotiator.
