Design and making prototype of a jacquard sampling weaving machine and development of jacquard pattern design software

Tekstil sektöründe artan rekabet şartları nedeniyle işletmelerin müşterilerinin taleplerine hızlı bir şekilde cevap verebilmesi her zamankinden daha önemli hale gelmiştir. İşletmelerin dokuma kumaş üretimine geçmeden önce gerçekleştirdiği Ar-Ge ve Ür-Ge faaliyetlerini endüstriyel dokuma makinelerinde yürütmesi oldukça güç olmaktadır. Ayrıca tekstil ve dokuma alanında eğitim veren kurumlarda öğrencilerin bilgi ve becerisinin gelişmesine ve kabiliyetlerinin artarak tekstil endüstrisinde aranılan nitelikte iş gücü yetiştirilmesi bakımından son derece önemli olduğu bilinmektedir. Tez çalışmasında ülkemizde ilk defa elektronik jakarlı numune dokuma makinesi geliştirilmiş, prototip imalatı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Geliştirilmiş olan prototip makinede üretim ve desenlendirme performansının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla temel ve karmaşık örgü tiplerinde numune kumaş üretimleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve kumaşların yapısal özellikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda imal edilen makine ticarileşebilir nitelikte ve alanında ülkemiz tekstil endüstrisine, tekstil eğitim kurumlarına ve ekonomisine katkı yapacak özelliktedir. Due to the increasing competition conditions in the textile sector, it has become more important than ever for textile companies to respond quickly to the demands of their customers. It is very difficult for companies to carry out their research and product development activities on industrial weaving machines before they start to produce woven fabrics. Besides, it is known that it is extremely important for the development of the knowledge and skills of the students in textile and weaving education institutions and their ability to increase the workforce sought in the textile industry. This thesis involves designing, improving, and making a prototype an electronic jacquard sampling loom the first time in Turkey. In order to evaluate the production and patterning performance of the prototype, sample fabric production was performed in basic and complex weaving pattern types and the structural properties of the sample fabrics were evaluated. The machine, which produced as a result of the study, is commercially viable and will contribute to the textile industry, textile education institutions, and the economy of our country.
