Research for safe operation of steam pipelines with detected makrocracks

Příspěvek popisuje interní VaV projekt ČEZ, a. s., jehož cílem bylo získání postupu k hodnocení životnosti parovodu s výskytem trhliny a získání diagnostických postupů k monitorování jejího růstu. Jedná se o úlohu, kdy po diagnostice ohybu parovodu je zjištěna na základním materiálu ohybu mikrotrhlina nebo trhlina omezeného rozměru a je nutné posouzení možnosti provozu do doby, kdy bude zajištěn náhradní díl nebo do doby plánovaného dožití bloku. The paper describes the internal CEZ R & D project, which aimed at obtaining a procedure for evaluating the life-time of the steam pipelines with crack occurrence and obtaining diagnostic procedures for its monitoring. There is presented the task when, the crack with limited size or micro-crack is detected by diagnostic in the base material of the bend of steam piping. In the case is necessary to assess of occasion of the unit operation up to a time when the spare part is ensured or the planned lifetime of the unit.
