Análisis del proceso de implementación de las iniciativas para fortalecer la regionalización en el marco del acuerdo por lo superior 2034 en el departamento de Boyacá, 2014-2019

Este documento de política (policy paper) analiza el proceso de implementación del Acuerdo por lo Superior 2034, en lo concerniente a las apuestas en materia de regionalización de la educación superior en el departamento de Boyacá entre 2014 y 2019, triangulando información cuantitativa y cualitativa. Se acudió a la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas a profesionales del sector educativo de educación superior, cuya experiencia, formación, concepciones y comentarios dan luz a la implementación y el rigor de la regionalización. Para el caso de la revisión cuantitativa la investigación se acudió a la triangulación de datos cuya fuente principal se ubica en el compendio estadístico del Sistema Nacional de Información de Educación Superior y las bases consolidadas del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, en donde, para ambos enfoques el análisis se concentró en las metas establecidas en cuanto a la oferta, financiación y acceso. This policy document (policy paper) analyzes the process of implementation of the Agreement by the Superior 2034, regarding the bets in the matter of regionalization of the higher education in the department of Boyacá between 2014 and 2019, triangulating information quantitative and qualitative. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with professionals from the higher education education sector, whose experience, training, Conceptions and comments shed light on the implementation and rigor of regionalization. For him in the case of the quantitative review, the research resorted to the triangulation of data whose source is located in the statistical compendium of the National Information System of Higher Education and the consolidated bases of the Ministry of National Education, where, for both approaches, the analysis focused on the goals established in terms of supply, financing and access.
