Abstract
- Digestori su zaštitni samostojeći uređaji koji se primjenjuju u laboratorijima. Štite operatera od opasnih plinova i para. Postoje više tipova digestora. U radu je naglasak stavljen na podjelu digestora prema volumenu odsisanog zraka. Točnije, promatrano je upravljanje za VAV izvedbu digestora s odsisom zraka, spajanje jednog digestora na ventilator. Protokom zraka se upravlja frekvencijskim pretvaračem koji regulira brzinu vrtnje ventilatora. Digestor ima analogni izlaz 0-10 V za spajanje na sustav zgrade za dovod zraka. Upravljanje digestorom bazirano je na PLC-u S7-1200. Digestorom se upravlja zaslonom osjetljivim na dodir na kojem se prikazuju naredbe za upravljanje i informacije koje su povezane s funkcijama i nadzorom digestora. Digestors are protective stand-alone devices used in laboratories. Protects operators from hazardous gases and vapors. There are several types of digestors. The paper emphasizes the division of the digester according to the volume of extracted air. Specifically, the control for the VAV design of the digester with air extraction, the connection of one digester to the fan, was observed. The air flow is controlled by a frequency controler that regulates the fan speed. The digestor has a 0-10 V analog output for connection to the building's air supply system. Digestor control is based on PLC S7-1200. The digestor is controlled by a touch screen that displays control commands and information related to digestor functions and monitoring.
